Certification of networks and installations
TSC Systems verifies that the system realised meets certain requirements according to the reference standard. It is important to ensure that the installation meets the legal requirements, since 'network equipment' is are built to deliver their performance on performance on standard cabling. The laser tracker is a portable and extremely precise coordinate measuring machine that allows products to be built, processes to be optimised and solutions to be provided through fast, simple and precise measurement.
Scheduled Ordinary Maintenance, Extraordinary Maintenance
TSC Systems performs ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of plants, identifying any faults and anomalies and restoring their functionality. By ordinary maintenance and servicing we mean all the frequent interventions necessary to keep the systems in optimal working order by establishing a continuous presence in production for a period of time decided by the customer. Extraordinary maintenance and service is more in-depth and incisive maintenance carried out in companies and workshops following a maintenance schedule or during company shutdowns.
Equipment installation
TSC Systems, in addition to designing the system, producing any graphic representations of the same, carries out the preliminary work for the installation of the new system, having previously set up the work site, removing if necessary the pre-existing system and carrying out the marking of the new one. It carries out the installation of the system's various mechanical components, positioning the conduits and corrugations and inserting the wires and electrical panels, preparing any automated technologies, and finally, carrying out the cabling of the system and the connection to the electrical network. It performs the verification and testing of the new installation realised, providing for the issue of the certification according to the regulations in force.
